The House

We have created 3 en suite double bedrooms all with satellite television, all on the 1st floor overlooking lake or gardens with dedicated use of own seperate ( shared with other guests ) kitchen ( tea, coffee, cold filtered water, ice on tap please bring your own specialities )and dining room and conservatory lounge and quiet lounge.

Outside joining the conservatory is the paved and decked patio with 6 person hot tub, seating and loungers, big summerhouse, and gas barbecue for al fresco dining should you wish.

All for your use to come and go as you please eat the food you want, stir in the morning and eat in the evening when YOU want to not at regulated times or eat out the choice is yours. Laze about the house or gardens or go touring/walk/cycle/ bus/train around Cornwall whatever takes your fancy.

Minimal house rules treat and respect as your own. No smoking indoors ( not a moralist smoke occasional small cigar myself despite her indoors constant nagging and appreciate they do smell so have built new porch and have outbuildings and many isolated secret sheltered spots ). Only other is soft shoes indoors please as we have spent many thousands on carpets and refurbishing bedrooms.
